She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl D. Lewis and Patricia L. Ellis Lewis; and her brother Duane Lewis. She is survived by: her daughters, Trysha Danzy of Alabama, Jacquelyn Kilburn of Angola, Jill Huey of New York and Tennille Hadaway (Jer) of Angelica; and her brother Eric Lewis (Marlene) of Idaho. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
