He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Vennard and Vivian Gardner Vennard Jr.; his son David W. Vennard, Jr.; and his brother Robert Vennard. He is survived by: his girlfriend Tammy Guyett of Cuba; his son James Vennard (Sherry Guyett) of Cuba; his grandchildren, Sophia Jackson, Alexa Vennard, Raelynn Vennard and James Vennard, Jr.; and his siblings, Charlie Vennard of Cuba, Thomas Vennard (Linda) of Florida, Susan Slocum (Edward) of Little Genesee and Mary Vennard of Bolivar. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
