He was predeceased by: his father Edwin M. Clark. He is survived by: his mother Eleanor "Ellie" C. Boris Clark of Friendship; his wife Holly; his children, Nicholas Clark (Alexis) of Friendship, Brandy Cummins (Robert) of Olean and Rachael Dieter (Aric Linza) of Cuba; his grandchildren, Clayton, Ty, Parker, Zoe, Sean, Kylie and Greyson; his great grandchild Krew; his siblings, Pat Clark (Jodi) of Friendship and Dawn Yard (Michael) of Friendship; and his pet Bowe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
