She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Collins (Sandy) of Georgia, Donald Forrester of Franklinville, Neil Collins (Eileen) of Portville and Sharon Carrier (Howard) of Cuba; her sisters, Clara Brown of Cuba, Shirley Jones of Alabama and Christine Williamson of Georgia; and her cousin Carol Sampson of Farmersville. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
