He is survived by: his close friend Veronica "Roni" Olcott; his children, James Blanchard of Ticonderoga, Andrea Blanchard of Catskill and Julie Hanson of Dannemora; his siblings, Rose Allen of Ticonderoga, Joan Pulling of Ticonderoga, Ramona Jordan of Paradox, Paul Blanchard of Crown Point, Robert Blanchard of Queensbury, Gary Blanchard of Manchester and John Blanchard of Port Henry; and also, Bob Olcott, Eric Olcott and Scott Olcott. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
