He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Skiff and Leona Skiff; his parents-in-law, Wade and Veda Haskins (Newville); and his siblings-in-law, Linda Desjadon, Charles Desjadon and Lorraine Haskins.
He is survived by: his wife Nina (Haskins); his daughter Brandy; his son-in-law Corey James; his grandchildren, Dylan, Kyle and Addie James; his brother-in-law Richard; his cousins, Heather and Rick Haskins of Plattsburgh, N. Y.; his nieces and nephews, Kelly, Kevin DelSignore of San Diego, CA and Nikki (Beaudette) of Glens Falls, N. Y.; and his close friends, Tom, Penny Beach, Chris, Mary Taylor, Jim, Renee Merrill, Cathy, Tim Sprague and Ann Connors.
