She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Colburn and Rose A. Colburn (Drake) of Moriah, NY.; and her brother John Leo Colburn, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Glen L. Porter, Jr.; her children, Robert G. Thatcher, Jr. (Robin) and Robin Paquette (Michael Paquette); and her siblings, Melvina Miller (Dean) of Crown Point and Kevin M. Colburn (Kevine) of Warrensburg, Missouri.. She is also survived by two grandsons and one granddaughter.
