She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Melvin Hall and Evelyn Hall (Goulette); her brother David Hall (Pat); her sons, Michael Tubbs (Annette) and Cory Tubbs (Kara); her grandchildren, Nikolai (Alex), Melanie and Leo; her great grandchild Layla; and her sister Deborah Hall Chandler. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wilcox & Regan Funeral Home (11 Algonkin St, Ticonderoga, NY 12883). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
She was an outdoor enthusiast, gardener and volunteered for numerous organizations, and was always willing to supply some baked pies for the Penfield Foundation fundraisers.
