She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Meachem; her grandson Cory Armstrong; her parents, Stanley Winch and Dorothy Baker; and her siblings, Joyce Brace and John Meachem.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Armstrong (Mike), Carol Cavitt (Charles), Roger Meachem (Brenda), Ray Meachem (Marilyn), Russell Meachem (Debbie) and Richard Meachem (Michelle); her daughter-in-law Amy Meachem; her siblings, Betty Pertak (Francis) and Joe Meachem (Brenda); and her aunt Mary Tubbs. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
