He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward I. Dolback and Thelma E. Dolback Hughes (Thomas); his stepfather Leo Hughes; and his brothers, Thomas Dolback and James Dolback.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Dolback; his children, Edward I. Dolback, Jr. of Ticonderoga, Cheri Anderson (Dwayne) of Schroon Lake, Danne M. Dolback of Crown Point and Ann Jordon (Stephen) of North Carolina; his siblings, Charlene Dreimiller of Ticonderoga, William Dolback of Ticonderoga and Linda Bhatia of Ticonderoga; and his grandchildren, James Dolback, Nikki Dolback, Shelby Dolback, Josh Anderson (Amber), Christy DeZalia (Devon Slattery), Cara Gaddor (Justin), Samantha Burris (Jason), Paige Dolback, Melissa Schwappach (Tony) and Justin Jordon (Keisha). He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
