He was predeceased by: his parent Edward James; his daughter Maureen Tice; and his grandson Thomas Donnelly V.. He is survived by: his parent Irene Tice (Hoffer); his spouse Barbara Ratcliff; his daughter Desiree Modesta (Fred); his siblings, Kathi Rodgers, Betty Jean Shay and Freddie Tice; and his grandchildren, Liam Modesta, Daniel Cronk and Dylan Cronk.
