He is survived by: his former wife Harriet Kelly; his wife Ying Kelly (Cindy); his daughter Patricia Kelly Ceglia; his son-in-law Anthony Ceglia; his son Thomas Kelly Jr.; his daughter-in-law Jillian Kelly; his granddaughter Jamie Kelly; and his siblings, Terence Kelly Jr., Frederick Kelly, Doreen Kelly Lore, James Kelly and William Burger. He is also survived by spouses along with many nieces and nephews.
