He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his sons, Alexander Johnson (Stacey) of Mill Valley, CA and Gregory Johnson (Kelly) of New York, NY; his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Thomas; and his brothers, Samuel Johnson and Paul Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
