He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Locklin and Evelyn Locklin (DeLoach). He is survived by: his brothers, Edwin Locklin (Diane) and James Locklin (Diane); and his nieces, Lori Spruiell, Sherry Leaird and Cori Russell.
