She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Muchka and Anna Muchka (Macao); and her husbands, John R. Vierczhalek and Donald A. Chase. She is survived by: her daughter Susan Vierczhalek; her son-in-law John O'Connell; her son Ken Vierczhalek; her daughter-in-law Alice Pugh; her grandchildren, Sean, Michaela O'Connell, Arianna and Kimberly Vierczhalek; and her siblings, Rose, Caroline, Joseph and Steve.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her honor to The Multiple Sclerosis Society.
