He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Kitson and Ellen "Nellie" Kitson; and his siblings, Michael, Mary Gallagher, Patrick and Eileen Hunt.
He is survived by: his significant other Elizabeth "Betty"; his children, John (Anna), Roseann Schuyler (Peter), Robert (Regina) and Regina Drankwalter (Mike); and his grandchildren, Ryan, Matthew, Isabelle, Thomas, Alex, Luke, Liam and Fiona. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in his memory to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
