She was predeceased by: her parents, Maciej Jakubowski and Mary Jakubowski (Rzeznik); her husband Vincent L.; and her siblings, Francis Benjamin and Stanley Jakubowski.

She is survived by: her son Vincent (Eileen); and her grandchildren, Serafina Santos (Dauro), Vincent, Agnelina Negron and Logan Santos.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation be made to the Make A Wish Foundation, 1702 E. Highland Avenue Suite 400 Phoenix, AZ 85016.
