With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Amleto Giarolo (Croton on Hudson, New York), who passed away on April 22, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leone Giarolo and Chiara Giarolo (Tumba); his fiancée Connie Corry; his sister Amelia "May" Capitanio of Arizona; his children, Christopher Giarolo (Maureen) of Orlando Fl, Jill Bleakley (Sean) of Buchanan, NY and John Giarolo of Bedford Hills, NY; his grandchildren, Francesca Giarolo and Aaron Birbrower; his former wife Brenda Owens; and his brother Victor Giarolo. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mel's memory may be made to Alzheimer's Association, http://www.alz.org.
