He is survived by: his wife Jean Pippa; his children, Stephen (Rosalie), Pamela Pieroni (Joseph), Gregory (Catherine) and Gary (Sandra); his grandchildren, Stephen, Jr., Paul, Eric Blank, Sienna, Thomas, Victoria and Tristan; and his great grandchildren, Vincent and Anthony.
A short service at the Edward F. Carter Funeral Home in Croton-on-Hudson, NY, on the morning of February 3rd, will be held for immediate family only in light of Covid-19 restrictions.
In lieu of flowers, anyone wishing to honor Fred's memory can make a donation in his memory to The American Diabetes Association.
