She was predeceased by: her sons, Jeffrey S. Kloster and Todd F. Kloster; her granddaughter Amy-Jo Kloster-Malo; her siblings, Gale Chartrand and Shirley Chartrand; her siblings-in-law, John Kraus and Kathy Chartrand; her parents, Anselm F. Chartrand and Mary E. Everard Chartrand; and her former husband Charles C. Shaw.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah, Walter Hartshorne of Croghan, Darlene Hawkins of Manlius, Laurie, Bryant Weaver of Conway, SC and Joey Kloster of Croghan; her daughter-in-law Linda Kloster of Harrisville; her siblings, Harold Chartrand of Croghan and Catherine Kraus of Liverpool; and her sister-in-law Anne Chartrand of Lowville. She is also survived by six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
