She was predeceased by: her sister Shirley Ostrowski. She is survived by: her parents, Harold Campany and Mary Campany (Hellinger); her spouse Francis W. Ostrowski; her children, Judy A. (John Munger) of Castorland, Linda M. (Joseph Davies) of Fairview, TX, Paul F. Ostrowski of Chester, VT and Philip J. (Doris Ostrowski) of Sheridan, WY; her grandchildren, Jodie Tiernan (Shawn), Jolene Munger, Joanna Habermann, Justin Munger, Samantha Franco (Miguel), Stephen Davies (Katie), Stephanie Schroter (Bryan), Raechel Geiss (Logan) and Luke Ostrowski; and her siblings, Pauline E. Murphy of Croghan, Joyce M. Kloster of Rochester, NY, Harold W. Campany (Rose) of Carthage, Donald J. Campany of Castorland and Norman F. Campany (Wanda) of Monroe, NC.
