She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd; her brothers, Robert and Richard Bush; and her parents, Richard L. Bush and Margaret Dorothy Corbo Bush.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Wormwood, Michael Wormwood, Douglas Wormwood (Lynn), Richard Wormwood (Marie), Laurie Rice (Brian), Mary Onderko (Shawn) and Joseph Wormwood; her sisters, Joanne Meyer (Michael), Sandy Moody (Ray) and Wendy Reed (Tim); and her sisters-in-law, Faye Bush and Nancy Bush. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
