It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leann L. (Worley) Locklear (Croghan, New York), born in Carthage, New York, who passed away on March 3, 2020, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, James Worley and Judy Worley; her husband Brandon Locklear of Croghan; her children, Seth Stevens of Croghan and Failyn Locklear of Croghan; her siblings, Kim Ferguson, Tammy Bebehilmer (Robert) and Michael Worley; and her parents-in-law, Linda, Rick Ellis, Jonathan Locklear (Ashley) and Bradford Ellis (Becky).
Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the New Hope Baptist Church of Watertown.
