She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Kirk and Gertrude Lawton Kirk; her daughter Wanda Merlo; and her siblings, Shirley, Gerald, Edwin, Chester and Arnold Kirk.
She is survived by: her husband Ira B. Yousey of Wagner Road; her children, Randolph Yousey (Kim) of Flemington, NJ, Jeffrey Yousey (Marie) of Lacona, NY, Gina Polsin (Michael) of Glenmoore, PA, Timothy Yousey (Beth) of Kissimmee, FL, Bethany Smith (Lee) of Norton, MA and Melanie Adamson (Robert) of Shamong, NJ; her grandchildren, Maxwell, Ira, Aliza Yousey, Amelia, Madeline, Margery, Emily Yousey, Kyle, Tyler Merlo, Abigail, Aaron, Paige Polsin, Jessica, Justin Yousey, Megan Smith, Sydney and Taylor Adamson; and her siblings, Mary Jane Ayers (Vernon), Allen Kirk (Dorothy) and Ronald Kirk.
