She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Assemblymen Benjamin H. and Elizabeth Demo (Keenan); her spouse Joseph Lofink; her children, David Lofink (Barbara) of Carthage, Amy Johnston (William) of Watertown, Eve Lofink of Baldwinsville and Martha Jones (Edward "Ned") of Dexter; her grandchildren, Kristen Leroux (Bryon) of Maryland, Jessica Johnston (Kevin) of Fishers Landing, NY, William Johnston (Kim) of Arizona, Wyatt Lofink, Alison Lofink of Carthage, Dylan Lofink of Baldwinsville and Ryan Jones (Jessica) of Dexter; her siblings-in-law, Helen Fredenburg Demo of Buffalo, Mary Alice Barbour Demo of Massena, Jean Simone and Harold Lofink (Marie) of Carthage; her siblings, Benjamin F. Demo, William L. Demo, Rodney Demo, Eugene Demo, Patricia Bramhall Dustin and Ellen Wallack; her grandson Matthew Jones; and her significant other Richard Robbins. She was also cherished by Her extended family includes 25 nieces and nephews and several great niece.
