William A. Van Wormer Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles VanWormer and Harriet VanWormer. He is survived by: his sons, Alan VanWormer (Joan), Mark VanWormer (Kim) and Scott VanWormer (Diana); his grandchildren, Mark, Scotty, Ryan, NicoleVanWormer and Desirea Chamberlin Tabor; his siblings, Joan Rarick of Surprise, NY and James VanWormer of Cleveland, TN.; and his friend Butch Campoli. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that a memorial donation be made to the Cornell Hook and Ladder Company, PO Box 400 New Baltimore, N.Y. 12124.
