We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2021, at the age of 37, Vanessa Lynn McDermott of Coxsackie, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Paul Ward, Henry and Patricia McDermott; and her great-grandparents, Walter and Rose Greene.

She is survived by: her parents, Francine Sutton and Scott Dias; her siblings, Lisa McDermott, Paul Sutton, Jr., Joshua Sutton, Krystal Picus and Jeremy Dias; her grandparents, Christine Ward of Coxsackie, James, Carol VanWormer of Tenessee and Gerald Dias (Cecelia) of Florida; her pet Bella; her aunt Pat; her cousin Anita; her sons, Willie and Jackson; her close friend Jennifer Hingle; and her children, Ryan and Ashleigh.
