She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Vaughn and Helen Vaughn; her children, Denise Phillips (Oudekerk) and Edward Phillips; her brother Paul Vaughn; and her great grandchild AnneMarie Claire Sawn.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Durham, Sherri Guida, JoAnne Lockwood (Scott Hosier SR), Gerri Rockwood and Joseph Phillips (Carrie Phillips); and her sister-in-law Sandy Vaughn. She is also survived by 17 Grandchildren; 29 Great grandchildren, her nieces and nephews, beloved friends, and extended family.
