He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Stark and Josephine Rausch (Stark); his wife Edna Stark (Herzog); his brothers, John, William, Joseph, Stephen and Thomas; his stepsiblings, Peter, Robert Rausch and Margaret Sevendsen (Rausch); and his stepfather Henry Rausch, Sr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
