He was predeceased by: his brothers, Patrick and Mark. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his son Robert; his daughter-in-law Lalainya of Glenmont, N. Y.; his grandchildren, Emily, Meghan, Rhys and Brodie O'Connell; and his siblings, Frances Milligan (Patrick), Maureen Messenger (Ronald) and Gilbert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
