She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Gajdusek and Marie Gajdusek (Jelinek). She is survived by: her husband Henry Boehm; her children, Terri (Bill), Sandra, Jane and James (Julie); her grandchildren, Mark, Justin (Ashley), Lindsay (Jesse), Bridget (Justin), Brittany, Sarah, Rachel (Garrett), Benjamin and Emily; and her great grandchildren, Maddison, Zachary, Athena, Sophie and Henry. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
