She was predeceased by: her parents, Maynard Coonrad and Philomena Testo Coonrad; her husband Nelson J. Periard; and her brothers, Timothy and Raymond Coonrad.
She is survived by: her foster children, Timothy Periard (Kim) of Nanuet, N. Y., Susan Kroyak (Tom) of Lee, MA, Steven Periard of Ithaca, N. Y., Jason Periard (Tricia) of Maynardville, TN, Pamela Perez (Aramis) of West Coxsackie, N. Y. and Lucretia Paulsen (Brett) of Waterford, N. Y; her grandchildren, Timothy Periard Jr., Tal Periard Barrera, Eric Periard, Asher Periard, Alejandro Perez and Brendan Periard; and her brothers, Ronnie, Richie and Jerry Coonrad. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
