With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey Karl Flack (Coxsackie, New York), born in Catskill, New York, who passed away on December 18, 2022 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Flack and Leona Powell Flack; and his daughter Sarah. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Hohenstein-Flack, Hannah Hohenstein-Flack (Chaston Kome) and Dieudonné Kageruka (Nadine); his brother Dick; and his sister-in-law Barbara. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
