He was predeceased by: his sisters, Linda and Delores. He is survived by: his parents, Manley Hillicoss and Marjorie Hillicoss (Waldren); his sons, Jason and Evan Donnelly; and his siblings, Deborah, Sharron (Tom), Dennis and Manley Jr. (Patty). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, brothers & sisters-in-law, friends.
