She was predeceased by: her parents, George and Mary Bogda; her husband Charles; and her brothers, George and Richard Bogda.

She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Horn (Patty), Greg Horn (Amy), Mark Horn (Jean) and Brian Horn (Shana); her sister-in-law Lucy Bogda; and her stepsister Marita McCue. She is also survived by grandchildren, her eight great grandchildren.
