He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Moore and Erminie Moore (Krety); his wife Phyllis Moore (Barber); his sons, Arthur "Artie" and Joseph; and his siblings, William and June.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott (Maryjane) and Brian (Francine); and his grandchildren, Rebecca and Brian.
Due to the current pandemic, private graveside services with military honors will be held at the family plot of The St. Mary's Parish Cemetery, Coxsackie, N. Y. next to his wife Phyllis.
