He was predeceased by: his brother William Bell. He is survived by: his parents, Frederick W. Bell Jr. and Dolores A. Claus; his child Persephone Grimm; his brother James Bell (Jim); his niece Amy Bell (Bob); and his nephew Edward Bell.
