Bracken Jr. of Cortlandt Manor, New York, born in Bronxville, New York, who passed away on July 13, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Bracken and Patricia Bracken (Koch); and his sister Patricia Cushman (Andrew). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann; his children, Barbara Jean (Craig) of Mahopac, NY and Thomas III (Natalie) of Florida, NY; his grandchildren, Brittany, Sean and Thomas IV; and his siblings, Gregory F. (Debbie) of Scarsdale, NY, Gary V. (Mary) of Scarsdale, NY and Cheri B. Cannon (R. Alan) of Maylene, AL. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
