He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Fay and Helen Fay; his mother-in-law Helen Smith; his wife Helen Fay; his children, Helen Peters (Michael) of Cortlandt Manor, Patricia Fay (Brett Baker) of Peekskill and John Fay (Alison) of Putnam Valley; his grandchildren, Stephen, Daniel, Mikela Peters, JJ and Riley Rae Fay; and his sisters, Helen Kelleher (Peter) and Madeline Sheerin. He was also cherished by many nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, NYC.
