He was predeceased by: his grandson Damian Grant; and his parents, Ruth S. Cook and Earl O. Cook. He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Whitney Cook; his children, William S. Cook, Jr., Machell Phelps (Rob) and Cyndie Eaton (Ace Prentice); his daughter-in-law Jennifer Noble-Cook; his grandchildren, Robbie Phelps (Jenn), Jenna Phelps, Erika Cook, Amanda Cook (Derek Shue), Billy Cook, Tomas Terrazas (Sara Everts) and Isabella Terrazas; and his brother-in-law Charles Whitney.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Joseph's Hospital Foundation may be made in Bill's memory.
