He is survived by: his sister Betty Mills; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Alexander, Emily, Elizabeth (Joshua Kern), Jonathan and David Jr.. He is also survived by two Great Grandchildren, in addition to several Nieces, Nephews, Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews.
