He is survived by: his wife Brunhild Stavenhagen (Bonnie); his children, Linda Dowell (Dan), Martin Stavenhagen (Annie), Ruth Stavenhagen (Elcio), Christina Stavenhagen-Helgren (John) and Kurt Stavenhagen (Wendy); his grandchildren, Sandra Putman, Susan Holt, Rick, Will Hicks, Chris Stassburg, Lucia Flowers, Johannes Helgren, Katja Williams, Maya March, Gabriel and Micah Stavenhagen; his great grandchildren, Charlie, Annabella Putman, Megan Williams, Brycen Holt, Seth Lefebvre, Morgan, Miles, Connor Hicks, Kaleb, Derek Strassburg and Eden Williams; and his great great grandchild Luzmila Williams.
