He is survived by: his parents, John Carr and Nancy Hall (Gates); his brother Kevin Gates (Tammy); his nieces, Tanya, Nicole, Amber of Carthage and Monica Ossant of Harrisville, NY; his nephew Adam Carr of Harrisville, NY; his stepfather Ron Hall; and his stepsiblings, Ron Hall Jr. and Tammy Jo. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and special cousins.
