We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2023, at the age of 77, Tillie Cecelia James of Cortland, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Cooper and Tillie Cooper; and her husband Ira D. James. She is survived by: her children, Cecelia Singh (Sati) of Charlotte, NC, Sam Cooper of Dryden, Randy Cooper (Jeanette) of Homer, Sibbie Lemus of Lake Katrine, Teddy Cooper of Cortland and Tiffany Martinez (Clay) of Dryden. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions in Mrs. James' name may be directed to the charity of one's choice.
