Holly Ann O'Connell wrote a sympathy message

“Families are Forever ... I remember when Tom and Shirley got engaged ... yesterday, wasn't it?! We, who were a few years younger, thought it was such an exciting event - a really "big deal" - and we reacted accordingly: laughing, teasing, and even singing, outside on the Blue Creek hill. My heart is with Shirley and family as they cope with the emptiness they now feel. I know they, like I, can still hear the sound of his voice. Thanks to God that he lived! Your cousin in WA State, Ann”
