He is survived by: his parents, James Beattie and Carol Beattie (Bowman); his wife Gail; his sister Barbara; his son Connor; his daughter-in-law Jenniellen; and his siblings, Jim Beattie II (Lisa) and Gail McFall (Dave). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and grandnieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Cortland Public Education Foundation or the Melanoma Research Alliance in Tom's memory.
