He is survived by: his siblings, David Collins (De-De), Robert Collins (Sheila) of Flordia, Antonette Copeland (Don) of Oklahoma, Donna Simmons (Steve), Michael Collins (Joanne) and Joe Collins (Debra) of New York; his daughters, Jessica (Gary Nye), Ashley Collins, Bonus and Michelle Downes Laura Fasette; and his grandchildren, Arianna Howard, Jessalynn, Tyler Collins, Ebony Nye Tatum and Anthoni Stevens. He is also survived by his wife and mother of his 2 daughters.
