He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Caughey and Mary Louise Caughey; his brothers, Richard and Tom Caughey; his brothers-in-law, Joseph Stockton and Scott Gablenz; and his pet Annie.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Caughey; his children, Chris Caughey, Joe Caughey (Michelle) and Stephaney Powell (John); his sisters, Kathy Stockton, Carol Kannellis (Mike) and Jeanne Gablenz; his grandchildren, Sidney, Leah, Gusto Powell, Harper and Savanna Warfield; and his pet Lulu.
