She is survived by: her husband Harold Chamberlain II; her children, Harold Chamberlain III, George Chamberlain (Vickie), Holly Uzailko, Dorothy Amo, Linda McKinney, Gladys Larson (Shawn) and Barbara Chamberlain (Walter Thomas); her siblings, Bob Miller, Betty Daugherty, Dottie Carr, Charlotte Holmes (Duane) and Linda Miller (Debra); and her grandchildren, Heather Covington, Amber Uzialko-Raymond, Peggy Vestal, Harold Chamberlain IIII, Shaun Neff, Shirley Chamberlain, Christopher Amo, Michael Chamberlain, George Chamberlain, Lauren Chamberlain, Zakarra Butts, Michael Larson, Jacob Mager and Isabella DiPietro. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
