She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mullen and Katherine Parker; and her granddaughter Mariah Reynolds. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Todd; her daughters, Doniel Wason (Andrew) and Kari Rowser (Travell Sr.); her sister Sharon Holl; her grandchildren, Keanna, Dominick, Danika, Travell Jr. and Zachary; her great grandchildren, Aaliyah and Kash; and her pets, Ted, Grace and Garfield. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home Inc. (9 Lincoln Ave, Cortland, NY 13045). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to a charity of choice in Shirley's memory.
